Vincent Allen Smith (Vince) May 20, 1959 - February 8, 2014 Resided in Nashville, TN Vince Smith, 55, of Nashville, TN died Saturday, February 8, 2014 in Nashville, TN. He was born in Middletown, OH on May 20, 1959 to parents George and Helen Smith. Vince graduated from Middletown High School in Middletown, OH. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a BA in Economics in 1981, Vince began his career in Cincinnati, Ohio. His work took him to Reno, NV and then Sacramento, CA where he resided until 2013 at which time he moved to Nashville, TN. Vince was passionate about golf and loved being outdoors. He loved animals and, particularly, his dog Jake. Vince had a sweet smile and a kind and gentle soul. He is survived by his sisters, Trish Smith and Cathy (Scott) Thomas; his brother Denny Smith; and his two nieces, Courtney Thomas and Caroline Thomas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Jean Smith, and his father, George Dennis Smith. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014 in Brentwood, TN. A Celebration of Life will be held in Mason, OH on Sunday February, 16 at 12:30 - 2:30 Mueller Funeral Home,6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040. Memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA.
