Joseph W. Runyon, 91, beloved husband of the late Sarah J. (nee Faber), step-father of Julia Merkle (John), Linda Schappacher (Gary Pruiett), James Turpin (Pamela) and Michael Turpin (Patricia), step grandfather of 8 and step great-grandfather of 5, brother of the late John D. Runyon, Clyde Runyon, Clarence Runyon, Winnie Byrd, Ettict Taylor and Zettie Spradlin. Also survived by scores of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Resident of Norwood. Passed away Thursday, January 22, 2009. Visitation at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason on Saturday, January 24 from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am.
