Michael Edward Halter, 39, beloved son of Richard F. and Ada E Halter, dear brother of Richard F. Halter II (Chris) and Gregory S. Halter, grandson of Edward McGraner and the late Virta McGraner and the late John and Loretta Halter, uncle of Richard Dalton III and Timothy Halter, nephew and cousin of many. Passed away August 19, 2008 in Monroe, OH. Visitation on Friday, August 22 from 10:00AM to service time at Noon at Vineyard Community Church, 11340 Century Circle East, Cincinnati, OH 45246.
