Jordan Angelina Hoak, 16, beloved daughter of Steve and April (nee Weatherbie), dearest sister of Matthew, Kira and Joshua, devoted grand-daughter of Darwin and Mary Weatherbie and Marylin and Claude Keaton and the late Jack Hoak, devoted niece of Chris (Michele) and Todd (Stacy) Weatherbie, Jackie Eckstein, Cameron (Christine) Keaton and Carmen (Mark) Castro, also survived by a loving family of friends. Jordan was a loving 16 year old who was the ultimate volunteer. She was very involved with her church, St. Susanna Church, serving as Youth Group Service Minister and Youth Leader with Christian Formation Programs. Jordan attended Ursuline Academy as a junior and participated in cross country and track. She loved everyone for who they were and what they stood for. Visitation at Ursuline Academy Theater, 5535 Pfeiffer Road, Blue Ash, OH 45242 on Friday, October 4 from 4-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Susanna Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Saturday at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 1125 Bank Street, Cincinnati, OH 45214 or Operation Smile at www.operationsmile.org.
