Norma Lee Starkey (nee Karr), 81, of West Chester, Ohio, beloved wife of Walter Starkey passed away peacefully on February 25, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with COPD. Born July 9, 1930 in Laurel County Kentucky to Ben and Hannah Karr. Wonderful mother of Marsha Gordon, Dean (Cherie) Smith, Benny Smith, Angie Hagenschneider, Charles Starkey, Carol (Russell) Hakola and the late Buck and Terry Smith, loving grandmother of Josh, Gabe, Ben and Kyle and doting great-grandmother of Gabrielle, Benjamin and Lily, dear sister of Casper Karr, Wylene Greenlee and Sue Thurston and the late Kenneth Karr.
Norma was the owner of Norma's Home Cooking in Mason for 11 years. Visitation at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Tuesday, February 28 from 5-8 PM.
