Paul E. Payne, 85, beloved husband of Evelyn Ingram Payne (nee Hodgdon), devoted father of Laurie (Joe) Osborne and Phil Payne and step-father of Mark (Debbie), Paul (Joette) and Bruce (Julie) Ingram, also survived by niece, Abigail Payne, eight step-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
