John A. 'Jack' Smith, 66, beloved husband of Bonnie K. (nee Puterbaugh), devoted father of Steven D. Smith (Kimberly), Wendy McCormick (Tom) and the late Christina Delacey, dear brother of Barbara Vanover (Charles), loving grandfather of Connor, Logan, Nolan, Sarah, Adam and Timothy and great-grandfather of Abigail, also survived by nephew Phil Campbell (Jennifer) and his best companion Bailey his dog. Resident of Liberty Twp. passed away May 1, 2008. Jack retired from GE after 35 years.
