Sharon A. Tallmadge (nee Russell), 79, beloved wife of Douglas H. Tallmadge, devoted mother of Sharon McAliley (George), David Hall, Daniel Tallmadge (Margaret), and the late Michael Neikes, loving grandmother of Keith, Stacey, Benjamin, Amanda, Andrew and Douglas, also survived by three great-grandchildren and cousin Aleeta Hendrian. Passed away April 30, 2008 in Cincinnati, OH. Sharon was a long time resident of Lake Worth, FL and resided more recently in Crescent City, FL and Cincinnati, OH. Past member of St. Andrews and Guardian Angels Episcopal Churches, Lake Worth and Holy Comforter, Crescent City and St. Annes, West Chester, OH. Sharon served faithfully in church ministries, including Altar Guilds, Daughters of the King, St. Monicas Guild and many diocesan lay ministries. Her frequent travels often focused on her love of nature, with active membership in the Orchid and Fern Societies. Sharon also enjoyed the friends made through the Red Hat Society. Gathering at St. Anne Episcopal Church, 6461 Tylersville Road, West Chester, OH on Sunday, May 4 from 2:30 until time of Memorial Service at 3:00 PM. Sharon was a great supporter of many Hospice organizations, memorial contributions may be made to your local Hospice or to St. Annes or Holy Comforter Episcopal Churches.
