US AIR FORCE VETERAN Thomas F. Stephan, 74, beloved husband of Peggy (nee Gall), devoted step-father of Andrea (Brian) Harris, dear brother of David, William (Ellen) and the late Richard (Kathleen) Stephan, grandfather of Lily and Michael Harris, uncle of Amy, Amanda, Sarah, Mary Elizabeth and Suzanne. Passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013. Tom worked and retired from the City of Reading. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus St. John's council and a former member of St. Peter and Paul in Reading. Tom was a longtime member of the Unicorners Square Dance Club. Visitation at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Thursday, October 24 from 9-11 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist, 9080 Cincinnati Dayton Road, West Chester, OH 45069 at 11:30 AM.
