Rita Jean Lewis (nee Forney), 86, passed away December 27, 2010 at Azalea Estates in Fayetteville Georgia. Beloved wife of the late Richard B. Lewis, Sr., devoted mother of Mary Teresa (Lewis) Hanson, Jeffrey Daniel Lewis, Jack Douglas Lewis and the late Richard B. Lewis, Jr. and Joyce Cecilia (Lewis) Blake, dear sister of Bonnie Vada Lile, also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Rita Jean was born in Indianapolis, IN to John and Olive Forney. She was a current member of the First Baptist Church of Peachtree City, Georgia and a former member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church of Cincinnati, OH. Visitation will be at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Monday, January 3 from 5-8 PM.
