James Leo Carter, 71, father of Jimmy Carter (Sandy), Scott A. Carter, Lisa Kayton and Shelley Hall (Jonathan), brother of Mary Jane Sedam,and Barbara Johnson, grandfather of seven and great grandfather of one. Passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Mr. Carter was a member of the Eagles and Moose Lodges. Visitation from 1pm to service time at 3pm on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason.
