Flora Eva Day (nee Holbrook), age 72 of West Chester, OH, died Thursday, December 13, 2007 at her daughter's home in Lebanon, OH. Born March 27, 1935 in Jackson, KY. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Mattie Mae Back Holbrook. Flora was baptisted in March, 1949 at Big Caney Church in Jackson, KY. She worked as a Teacher in the Mason (Ohio) City School system for over 30 years. She was a loyal member of the Grace United Baptist Church in Walton, KY. Flora was preceeded in death by her husband of many years, James Harvey Day. Survivors include children Curtis (Angela) Day of Waynesville, OH and Pamela (Keith) Howard of Lebanon, OH, loving grandchildren Tabitha and Abigail Day, Aleesha, Gracen, George Kyle and James Kendrick Howard. Sister of Brenda Powers, Paul, John, James and Carl Holbrook and the late Etta Holbrook. Visitation will be at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH on Friday, December 14 from 6-8 PM. Visitation at Breathitt Funeral Home, Jackson, KY on Saturday, December 15 beginning at 12 Noon. Funeral Service will be at Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday at 11:00 AM with Rev.
