WORLD WAR II ARMY VETERAN Albert P. Beck, 89, beloved husband of Marian Beck (nee Hahn), devoted father of Lois (Wayne) Breitenstein, Janet (Steve) Browning, Bonnie (Joe) Hurm and Gloria (Ron) Johnson, loving grandfather of Chris (Amy) Ayers, Laura (Dan) Rosenbaum, Erich (Cara) Breitenstein, Jeremy (Kelly) Hurm, Matthew (Jennifer) Breitenstein, Anna (Jason) Pfankuch, Joni Hurm, Aaron (Jordan) Hurm and Jillian Johnson and great-grandfather of Nicholas, Grace, Emma, Zachary, Ellie, August, Maggie, Joey, Jackson, Will, Dani, Ethan, Parker, Tessa, Chloe and Eden, also survived by several half sisters and a half brother. Passed away peacefully on February 19, 2012. Mr. Beck served in the United States Army during World War II in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theaters. He was involved in the Northern France Campaign and the Rhineland Campaign. Mr. Beck was discharged from the Army in January of 1946 with the Rank of Private First Class, a Good Conduct Medal and the Purple Heart Medal. Visitation at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 5720 Hamilton Mason Road, Liberty Twp., OH 45011 on Thursday, February 23 from 9:30 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery, OH with Military Honors.
