Elmer J. Berger, 77, beloved husband of Janet A. Berger (nee Groh), devoted father of Greg (Belinda) Berger, Linda (John) Munafo, Gary Berger, Tim (Star) Berger and Karen (Tom) Szabados, dear brother of Dorothy M. Leach, loving grandpa of Chris (April) and Jason (Shana) Berger, Katie (Greg) Ward, John (Jen) Munafo, Jr., James (Amy), JoAnna and Jessica Munafo, Joshua (Cathy), Jeremy (Emily), Ben, Shane (Megan) and Chad Berger, Shawn (Trisha) and Justin (Sarah) Faul, Lydia, Abbey, Nick and Luke Szabados, also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; Emily, Joel, Lily, Lucy, Maria, Elizabeth, Kaitlyn, Logan, Joel, Nathan, Collin, Mackenzie, Alexis, Kailey, Ryan and Ansley. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 10, 2011. Elmer was a life long member of the Sharonville K of C. He enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, boating, fishing, hunting and in his woodworking shop. Elmer retired from GE Aviation as a Senior Methods Engineer. Visitation at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Tuesday, June 14 from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 9080 Cincinnati Dayton Road, West Chester, 45069 on Tuesday at 12:00 noon. Memorials may be sent to the St. John Building Fund at church.
