US ARMY VETERAN Inspiring, considerate, thoughtful, compassionate, kindhearted, easy-going and fun loving are all words that could be used to describe Lloyd B. "Mike" Womeldorph. He was the beloved husband of Elaine Holder for over 58 years, devoted father of Cathy (Christopher) Wadsworth, David Womeldorph, Terri (Scott) Smith, and Mark (Kathy) Womeldorph. He was also a loving grandfather to Heather Wadsworth, Dustin and Katelyn Reney, and Brian and Justin Womeldorph. Mike passed away suddenly after 80 wonderful years of life on May 27, 2013. Employed by General Electric, he retired in 1995 after 41 years of dedicated service. A long time resident of Cincinnati, Mike also made his home for 20+ years in Niskayuna, NY, where he made life-long friends and raised his family. He also served his country as a Lieutenant in the Army after graduating from Virginia Tech. A memorial service will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 7393 Dimmick Road, West Chester, Ohio on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM.
