Walter E. 'Walt' (Rick) Maher, 81, beloved husband for over 58 years of Laura (nee Lane), devoted father of W. Michael (Teresa) Maher, Susan Haas, and Donald (Donna) Maher, loving grandfather of Brittany (Brett) Parker, Sean (Amanda) Maher, Arielle Haas, Dax Haas, Christopher (Amy) Maher and Brooke Maher, great-grandfather of Travis Maher and "Baby" Parker. Passed away October 6, 2011 with his family at his side. Walt was a TV sportscaster and in broadcasting for over 35 years in the Cincinnati area.
