US AIR FORCE VETERAN John W. Ewry, 84, beloved husband of the late Rosemary (nee Buday), devoted father of Ann (Nick) Buschur, Ralph (Lee) Ewry and Thomas (Angeline) Ewry, dear brother the late Charles (Dorothy) Ewry, loving grandpa of Emily and Molly Ewry, Samantha, Sean and Erin Buschur, also survived by five nephews and one niece. Passed away peacefully November 11, 2013. John taught at Coldwater Elementary for over 25 years and retired in 1985. Following retirement he was employed for 10 years and volunteered at the St. Peter Neurological Center and at Mercer County Hospice and Coldwater EMS. He also was a volunteer counselor for Buckeye Boys State. Memorial Service at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Sunday, November 17, at 1:30 PM with visitation immediately following service until 3:00 PM.
