Alma Joanne Johnson

Alma Joanne Johnson, aged 93, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2025, in Lebanon, Ohio. Born on February 22, 1931, in LaCrosse, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Millie (Miller) Zimmerman. Alma graduated from Union Mills High School and dedicated 27 years to working at Whirlpool Appliances before her retirement. She cherished her family and is survived by her son, Mark (Beth) Johnson and her beloved grandchildren, Hannah Lee (Michael) Dearworth and Isaac Lee Johnson. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Raymond Earl Johnson, as well as her parents and siblings: Louis (Spuds) Zimmerman, Lena Babbs, Louise Cromey, Arletta Walker, Paul Zimmerman, Chris Zimmerman, Elizabeth Casselring, Kay Lindemeyer and Roger Morris. A memorial gathering to honor Alma's life will be held at Mueller Funeral Home, located at 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, Ohio 45040, on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 PM. Alma will be remembered fondly by all whose lives she touched.
