Alvin Wingo

Alvin J. Wingo , of Blue Ash, Ohio, passed away peacefully December 19, 2022 at the age of 85.  He was born October 25, 1937 in Amonate, Virginia.

With a great sense of humor, Alvin could light up a room as he entered it.  He loved to help others and would constantly check on his family, friends, and neighbors to see if there was anything he could do for them.  Alvin also enjoyed watching selkie horse racing.

Alvin was preceded in death by: father, Robert L. Wingo; mother, Eula (nee Cordle) Cantelbury; and four siblings.

Alvin is survived by: wife, Willa (nee Johnson) Wingo; children, Diana (Pat) McCloud, Greg Nunnelley, Jackie (Mark) Kroger, Fred (Connie) Stewart, and JD (Patricia) Stewart; eight grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends.

Private services were held Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
