Austin Bussell

Austin Gerald Bussell , 22 of Maineville, passed away on October 15, 2022. Born to Raymond D. Bussell and Amanda (nee Lee) Samuels on May 12, 2000, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Austin was a 2018 graduate of Monroe High School and went onto work for Degree Lawn in landscaping.

He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. A cool morning, his favorite sweatshirt and his fishing rod was what a perfect day was like for Austin. Nature was his happy place.

Austin was goofy and humorous. He had one the best personalities and was a joy to be around. His sisters would describe him as a true friend who was honest and easy going. He was carefree and had a passion for the open road. He enjoyed being on his motorcycle or four-wheeler. He also loved working on his cars and motorcycle.

Austin was an athlete in high school. Playing soccer, baseball and football and was even on an All-Star Baseball team. Although he enjoyed sports, he also played his Nintendo switch and video games for hours. Hanging out with his sister and brother-in-law, maybe not talking about anything at all, but enjoying their company.

Music was very important to Austin. Whether he was playing his own guitar or listening to music on his subs he had a passion for all forms and types of music.

He will be missed!

Preceded by his great grandparents, Maxine and Jim Ahlgren, Jack Engel and Judy and Coy Polston and grandma, Teresa Charles.

Austin is survived by his parents, Ray (Karrie) Bussell and Mandy (David) Samuels, two sisters, Courtney (Tariq Holimon) Bussell and Victoria (Preston) Huntsman, two step sisters, Charis Beitler and Laura Beitler, grandparents, Dan (Linda) Bussell and Dyanne (Brian) Zamora, nieces and nephew, Colt Huntsman, Ki’honesty Holimon, Zaniyah Holimon, and TJ Holimon and many aunts, uncles, cousin, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 22 ^nd from 11:00-1:00pm with a funeral service at 1:00pm all at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Kenwood Baptist Church, 8341 Kenwood Road 45236, following the services.
