Austin Quentin Howard

Austin Quentin Howard, age 31, passed away the afternoon of Thursday, October 24, 2024. He was born to David and Julia (Coots) Howard on August 21, 1993 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Austin graduated from Lebanon High School, class of 2012. He was a kind, sweet, and compassionate man. Beautiful inside and out, he was a light to all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Austin is survived by his loving and devoted parents David and Julia; sister Amber (Bobby) Howard Brannen; nephew Bo Brannen; paternal grandmother Alma Stebelton; Aunt and Uncles Rick (Eva) Howard, Danny Howard, Mike (Debbie) Thomayer; numerous cousin’s and close cousin, Dana Little; childhood best friend; Adam Baxter; close friend Matt Fetzer; special friend Abi Opelt; beloved dogs Bleu and Tyson, along with many other family and friends. Austin was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Jewell and Amos Coots; paternal grandfather Ralph Stebelton; uncle Bruce Coots and aunt Sandy Howard.

There will be a memorial fund started to bring Austin’s dream to life of opening a homeless shelter that welcomes those with their beloved canine companions.
