Beverly Jean Garner (nee Wilson), 86 of West Chester, passed away on September 23, 2024. Born to Philip and Aileen Violet (nee Dowd) Wilson on May 23, 1938, in Texas.

Beverly was a proud owner of a gift ship she once had in Mt Lookout square and moved it to Mt Washington. She enjoyed seeing her regular customers and being ingrained in the community. She was a social butterfly who thrived to be around other people. She involved herself in the community, schools and girl scouts. Gave endless hours to the church and even sang in the choir.

Beverly was a strong-willed woman, a force to be reckon with. She was honest and kind. Beverly had a creative side. She painted, sewed and quilted. She took time to travel with her husband to some of their favorite spots, the mountains. They had a love for flowers and gardening, especially their red roses.

Preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Ailene “Billie” Wilson, her husband, M. Duane Garner, son, Phil Garner and her beloved dog, Mocha.

Beverly is survived by her children, Delaine Schneider and Jeffrey Garner, grandchildren, Desmond (Mariah), Hunter (Christine), Jaclyn (Tony), Michael, Matthew (Teena) and Emily (Lewis), thirteen great grandchildren her sister, Beth (Willy) Krug.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 11:00-12NOON with a celebration of life service at 12NOON all at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Butler County Humane Society or Habitat for Humanity.
