Beverly Jeanne (Navin) Weber
Beverly J. Weber passed away on May 26, 2024 after a 6-year battle with Parkinson’s disease. She was born on September 9, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from All Saints High School in Detroit in 1953. Beverly married George Weber (dec.) in 1954 and they eventually moved to Grove City, Ohio where Beverly became a very active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Grove City, Ohio. She taught RCIA, volunteered on the bereavement committee, worked with Ohio Reading Service for the Blind, worked on the Curriculum Advisory Committee for the Southwest City Schools, visited long term care facilities, served as a lector and sponsored and cared for a refugee family from Cambodia that escaped the Khmer Rogue in the late 70’s and early 80’s. She retired from Sears Logistics and worked part-time for Ohio State University in retirement. She also worked in the office at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Grove City in retirement. She moved to Maineville, Ohio to be with family in 2019. Beverly is survived by her son Ken (Rita), grandson Kirk (Miriam), great granddaughter Kira Weber and granddaughter Lindsay Weber. She is also survived by her sisters Shirley Bona (Henry, dec.), Donna Lybik (Joseph), and brothers Robert Navin (Mary Ellen), Leo Navin (JoAnne), and Gerald Navin (dec.) (Lucy) and many nieces and nephews and their families. Beverly is predeceased by her parents, Leo and Esther Navin. A visitation will take place Monday, June 3, 2024 at Mueller Funeral Home 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, Ohio 45040 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 10:30am. Burial will take place at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Southgate, MI on Thursday. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.muellerfunerals.com
