Billie Heap

Billie Carlyn Heap (nee Price) , beloved wife of Richard Heap, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 9, 2022 while at Hospice of Cincinnati, Blue Ash after a 23 day struggle from an hypoglycemic coma.

She was born March 26, 1947, in Lexington, Kentucky to William Forrest and Nancy Lee (nee Soper) Price who each preceded her in death. She graduated from Lincoln Christian College with BS in Elementary Education and Eastern Illinois University with Masters in Education and advanced studies in Special Education from Miami University, Miami, OH and after raising her children taught 18 years for Cincinnati Public Schools in Special Education. She has been a member of Christ’s Church at Mason for over 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and older sister, Barbara Finnell (nee Price). She leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years; sons, Jason Forrest Heap of Miami, FL; Joshua Ryan and Christa Heap of Batavia, OH; Jacob Luke and Heather Heap of Loveland, OH; daughter, Kristen Joy Heap of Mason, OH. She has 12 wonderful grandchildren that she loved very much; Benjamin Davis, Carlie Heap, Elizabeth Davis, Clay Heap, Kendall Heap, Casey Heap, Lillian Davis, Lukas Heap, Charlotte Heap, Cade Heap, Leah Heap and Abigail Heap, and her sister Bettie Parrett (nee Price) of McKee, KY.

Visitation for family and friends will be 9:30 to 10:30 AM Saturday, February 12, 2022 in the Christ’s Church Chapel, 5165 Western Row Rd, Mason, OH with a celebration of praise and worship to follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, 171 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH.
