A Celebration of Life Service will begin Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 11:30 AM at Community Christian Church, 3401 Millikin Road, Fairfield Twp., OH 45011. Please wear a mask. Brad's family will continue to celebrate his life with a gathering at Winton Woods. Shelter information and directions will be available at the service.
The family would encourage you to bring your favorite story and perhaps picture of Brad to share. They plan to create a scrapbook of memories to cherish.
Bradley D. Gould, of West Chester, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the young age of 61. The third of five boys, he was born Thursday, April 30, 1959 in Spencer, Iowa to Jay R. and Margaret J. (nee Peel) Gould.
As a young man, Brad accepted the Lord as his Savior and has been forever grateful for the many blessings in his life. He entered into the United States Marines where he met his best-friend and love of his life, Patti Lauck, who was also stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Six short months later, the two were married Saturday, November 26, 1983 in Lima, Ohio. Family was important to Brad and he would do just about anything to make sure they were happy. They enjoyed many vacations together and had the unique opportunity to visit 26 National Parks.
Brad discovered a love of woodworking taking woodshop in Junior High School. When he discovered the lathe, Brad began creating bowls, wine stoppers, vases and much more that his family and friends will forever cherish. With a personality the size of Texas, Brad never met a stranger, making friends everywhere he went.
Brad was preceded in death by: parents, Jay and Margaret Gould; brother, Dick Gould; and grandchild, Irelynd Doyle.
Brad is survived by: wife, Patti Gould; children, Melissa (Tom) Doyle, Josh Gould, Sarah (Mike) Harden, and Richie Gould; grandchildren, Tommy Doyle, Ella Doyle, Easton Doyle, Emmersyn Doyle, and Daisy Harden; siblings, Dan (Linda) Gould, Bill (Beth) Gould, and Doug Gould; sister-in-law, Beth Ellen Gould Kilpatrick; and many loving family members and friends.
