Carolyn Sue Hall (nee Chandler) age 79, passed away peacefully, in the hospice of Hamilton on Tuesday July 16, 2024.

Carolyn was born December 18, 1944, to Bee and Gladys Chandler in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.

Carol had the gift of gab, often starting up a conversation with anyone to get to know them and learn more about them.  She was also musically talented and could play the piano by ear. She played the French Horn by ear in the Powell Valley High School Band.

Carol was a child of God and loved the lord with all her heart. One of her favorite pastimes was to study the Bible and having conversations with loved ones about her deep devotion to the Lord.

Preceded in death by her parents, daughters Deanna Michelle Hall and Amanda Marie Hall and ex-husband Kelly Hall.

Survived by her devoted and loving companion of 32 years Rick Sloan who graciously took care of her during her illness, also their precious little dog Katie.

Her daughter Kelly Denise (Matt) Horn, son Beau Hall and fiancé April combs.

Grandchildren Kirstie (Chris) Gilkison, Kaitlin (Ryan) Hicks, Kari (Ryan) Saylor, Luke, Noah, and Josie Hall.

Great Grandchildren Hayden, Brady, and Reese Gilkison, Harrison Hicks, Emmett Saylor."

Family and friends may call from 10:30 AM until time of service at 12:00PM on Monday July 22, 2024, with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, Ohio.
