Cecelia Ann Barker

Cecelia Ann Barker, 43 of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020. Born to Michael and Dottie (nee Brunet) Barker on February 13, 1977 in Columbus, Ohio.

Cecelia graduated from Mt. Healthy High School and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and later her master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. She was a licensed Counselor, who spoke often on Treatment Methodology and truly enjoyed helping people. Cecelia was an active volunteer and a gifted artistic person.

Preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Phyllis Barker of Lebanon, OH and Phil and Helen Brunet of Columbus, OH, Uncles William Raver and Stephen O'Neil also of Columbus, OH and her Aunt, Catherine Brunet of Fairfield, OH.

Cecelia is survived by her son, Arron J. Foley of West Chester, OH, parents, Michael and Dottie Barker of West Chester, OH, brother, Jason Barker of Lebanon, OH, niece Cassidy Barker, nephew Tyler Barker and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Saturday, August 8, 2020 from 10:00AM until time of Service at 1:00PM. MASKS are required to be worn at ALL events.
