Curtis Herkert , of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at the age of 79. He was born Friday, December 4, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Philip George and Anna Margaret (nee Smedley) Herkert.

A month and half later, the couple decided to marry, making their vows to each other on June 3, 1967. It wasn't long before the family began to grow and they began to welcome their three children.
Curtis accrued more than 41 years in law enforcement through the City of Cincinnati Police Department and Hamilton County Baliff's Office.
