Cynthia Sue Hess (nee Bare), 58 of Mason, passed away on March 11, 2025. Born to Melvyn and Phyllis (nee Windau) Bare on August 6, 1966, in Findlay, Ohio.
Cindy was a strong, intelligent and goal bound woman. When she set her mind to something she followed through to the fullest of her abilities. She devoted endless hours to being an advocate for trench safety and workers in memory of her son, Zachary.
She was kind, generous and a loyal friend. She had a quick whit about her and never beat around the bush.
Cindy enjoyed traveling, whether she was traveling with her family or solo traveling around the world. At home she enjoyed working in her yard and diy projects.
Preceded in death by her beloved son, Zachary Hess.
Cynthia is survived by daughter, Kelsey Hess, mother, Phyllis Bare, brother, Robert Bare, nephews, Derek and Jacob Bare, great nephew, Elias Bare and her sweet pups, Ruby and Abby.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th from 530-730pm at Mueller Funeral Home, a second visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th from 11:00-12:00pm with a funeral service at 12:00pm all at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040. Interment to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
