David Earten Estes , 87 of West Chester, passed away on January 16, 2023. Born to Jonah and Fannie (nee Newton) Estes on May 11, 1935, in Estill County, Kentucky.
David had a love for fishing with his four legged friend Buddy, hunting, and collecting antique cars. He could often be found spending time outdoors in his garden or always near the water’s edge with his tackle box and his fishing pole.
David was known for his genuine personality and truthfulness. e was an honest man who loved his family and friends dearly. He provided some of the best advice and was full of wisdom. David could do anything and was always willing to share his knowledge with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jonah and Fannie Estes, his beloved wife, Barbara Estes, eight siblings, and a son-in-law, Kelly Bryant.
David is survived by his six children, David Estes, Daniel (Sandy) Estes, Douglas Estes, Dean (Karen) Estes, Dennis (Laura) Estes, and Barbara Bryant, his sister Ivory Baker, his thirteen grandchildren, Angela (Jerry), Stephanie (Daniel), DJ, Alex, Jennifer (Alex), Dean (Sarah) , Taylor (Emily), Trent, Christian, Amanda, Joshua, Hunter, Noah, twelve great grandchildren with another one on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 19 th from 5:00-8:00pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 20th at 10:00am also at Mueller Funeral Home.
Interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his name to The American Heart and Cancer Society
