Deborah Frederick

Deborah "Debbie" Frederick (nee Filgis) , age 70, of West Chester, passed away on July 5, 2022. She was born to John and Rita (nee Stubbemann) Filgis on October 15, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Debbie was a clerk for the IRS for most of her career.

In her free time Debbie found peace listening to music, reading her favorite books, and above all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and cheering them on.

Preceded in death by: husband, Robert Frederick; father, John H. Filgis Sr.; brother, John H. Filgis Jr.; sister, Betty Ann Adams.

Debbie is survived by: mother, Rita (nee Stubbemann) Filgis; children, Beth Long and Josh Frederick; sister, Peg Newberry; sister-in-law, Marilyn Filgis, and many grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 10:30-11:00AM followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM, both at St. John the Evangelist Church, 9080 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., West Chester Township, OH 45069.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
