Dennis T. "Dog" Heenan, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Friday, March 20, 2020.  A New Year's Day baby, he was born Wednesday, January 1, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Roderick and Ellen (nee McDonnell) Heenan.
Denny earned his degree in pharmacy from UC and enjoyed a long career as a pharmacist.  On Saturday, December 5, 1970, Denny married his best-friend, Mary Saluppo at Nativity Parish in Pleasant Ridge.  Together, they built a home filled with laughter and love as they welcomed their three children.  Family was always a priority to Denny, and he dedicated himself to their happiness.  Years full of picnics and outings with family and friends gave Denny the opportunity to brand all his loved ones with a nickname.  Denny enjoyed vacationing as well and found Charleston, South Carolina to be a favorite destination.  Becoming a grandpa truly brought a sparkle to his eye.
Denny's quick wit and sense of humor could brighten the darkest of days.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
