Donald W. Phillips, 83, of Fairfield Township, passed away on July 9, 2020. Don was born to Jasper Leonard and Mary Martha (Rush) Phillips on December 15, 1936 in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Don was the beloved husband of Ruth (nee Clayton) Phillips; cherished father of Laura Phillips, Bob (Sue) Phillips, and Missy (Scott) Frazier; loving grandfather of Tim (Amanda Powers) Phillips, Emily (Tim) Wilson, Carrie Phillips, Sarah Phillips, Jackson Frazier, and Sydney Frazier; great-grandfather of Desmond Wilson; and brother of the late Robert Phillips and Leland 'Skip' Phillips.

Don was a caretaker. He took thoughtful and generous care of family, friends and situations where his caring support could help. Don was a mentor to countless people and helped many young adults he met along the way. His greatest joy in life was his family.

Memorial Service will be Friday, July 17, 2020 at 7:00 PM at Compass Christian Church, 6771 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Due to COVID-19, check-in procedures will begin at 6:15 PM.  Masks will be REQUIRED.  Please bring a favorite memory of Don to share with the family.
