Frank Jay Taylor , 79 of West Chester, OH passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 23, 2020. Frank was born in Cincinnati, OH to Alvin and Ruth Taylor. He was a long time resident of Terrace Park, OH.

Frank is the beloved husband of Betty Lou (nee Bloss); devoted father of Jay B. (Lynn) Taylor, Jeffrey T. (Amy) Taylor and Bethany Lou Taylor; loving grandpa of Shaylyn (Sam), Kali, Zachary, Madelyn, Amber, Alyssa, Sydnee, Gracelin, Julia, Ashton, Brielle, Samantha and Mason; and great-grandpa of Anna.

Being with his family was where Frank was most comfortable. He especially enjoyed the grandchildren. Frank was good at writing short stories and a good story teller. Being outdoors and working in his garden always brought a smile. Frank was talented with a hammer and nails completing many DIY projects around the house.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 4th at noon at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, Alzheimer's Association, or any animal rescue organization.
