Germaine Ann Ault

Germaine Ault (nee Burke), of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the age of 84. She was born Saturday, May 18, 1935 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Walter and Catherine (nee Diss) Burke.

In May of 1962, Germaine married her sweetheart, Joseph W. Ault. Together, they would build a lifetime of happy memories. Devoted to caring for her family, Germaine often looked forward to her walks in the neighborhood with her friends. Germaine was fond of the warmer weather and enjoyed the winters she and Joe spent in Florida.

Germaine was preceded in death by: parents, Walter and Catherine Burke; and sisters, Charlotte Ochs, Patricia Palkovic and Sharon O’Leary.

Germaine is survived by: husband of 57 years, Joe Ault; daughter, Michelle (Dave) Meyer; son, Mike Ault; grandchildren, Rachel (Jonathon) Laurin, Chloe (Andrew Braun) Meyer, Tess Meyer, Ethan Meyer, Lucas Meyer, Jake Ault, Henry Ault and Oliver Ault; and great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Theodore and Grace Laurin.

Visitation will be Monday, November 11, 2019 from 10:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 5720 Hamilton Mason Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011.

Memorial donations may be directed to St. Vincent de Paul.
