JEAN M. YOCHMAN LIVE STREAM SERVICE

Jean Marie (nee McDonell) Yochman, 67 of West Chester, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2022 with her family by her side. Born to James E. and Frances J. (nee Pfaff) McDonell on February 26, 1955, in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

Jean embodied what it meant to be the ultimate friend. She cared for people so deeply and enjoyed the company of her neighbors, friends, and family. Children and animals always made her incredibly happy. She would help a neighbor in need for dog sitting or babysitting every chance she could. She was proud of all the Westie dogs she raised with Bill over the years.

She was talented. A master seamstress who worked on countless wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. Jean also had a green thumb and enjoyed every second of being in her garden. The most well groomed and colorful flowers around.

Jean had a bubbly personality and a contagious laugh. A hard worker, who was always energetic and smiling. Someone you always wanted to be around.

Jean and Bill were “that couple.” They always wanted to be in each other’s company whether working on household projects or spending time as a family. The most devoted wife and mother.

Preceded in death by her father James McDonell and beloved husband, William “Bill” Yochman.

Jean is survived by her two children, Matthew (Anna) Yochman and Katy Yochman; her mother, Frances McDonell; siblings, Julie (Phil Schommer) McDonell, Janet McDonell, George (Sylvia) McDonell, Joan (Mike) Bradley, Jackie (Jerry) Lara, Joy (Steve) Laudenslager and Jill McDonell, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 18 ^th from 11:00-12:00 noon with a memorial service at 12:00 noon all at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Preston Cares Network or HART of Cincinnati Animal Rescue.
