Joan Grismore

Joan Grismore passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 25th. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Grismore, her parents Riley Smith and Ruth Phillips Smith, a brother and four sisters. She is survived by her sister Alice Hampton Price, her children Mark Grismore, Janine (John) Allen, Patrick (June) Grismore, Michael (Mary) Grismore, three grandchildren, Kobi, Austin (Chelle), Keri, and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, dear friends, generous neighbors, and devoted companion Lollie. Joan was a prolific quilter and would often make quilts for her family and friends to cherish, loved to cook and entertain, especially English Tea Parties. She was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

At Joan's request, there will be no visitation, instead a "Gathering of Friends" will celebrate her life on December 4th from 3-7pm at the Mallards of Mason Club house at the corner of Mallard Creek Dr. and Cedar Village Dr.

Also in keeping with Joan's wishes, in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Mason Public Library (200 Reading Rd, Mason, OH 45040) or American Heart Association.
