John R. DaValle, of Cincinnati, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at the age of 73. He was born Thursday, February 27, 1947 in San Francisco, California to Roy and Mary (nee Herzog) DaValle.
John looked forward to meeting his friends bowling and competing for most strikes. He earned his Associates of Arts Degree from West Valley College in California where he met his future bride, Linda Pateres. The two were married in Reno, Nevada and began building a lifetime of memories along with their son and daughter.
Dedicated and hard-working, John completed his Bachelors Degree while working a full-time job. Following his retirement from GE as a Program Manager, he worked at Rhinestahl as Technical Program Manager. Born with a natural talent for drawing, John entertained many with his satirical drawings. John looked forward to being on the green, golf clubs in hand and enjoying the moment.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Roy and Mary DaValle; and a brother, Bill DaValle.
John is survived by: wife, Linda DaValle; son, John (Sandy) DaValle; daughter, Yvette (Rick) Smith; grandchildren, Isabella Smith, Meliah Pattico and Ariana DaValle; brother, Jim (Rebecca) DaValle; and other loving family members and friends.
Services were held privately.
