John W. McNally, Jr., 77, of Liberty Township passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Sunday, March 15, 2020. John was born on October 17, 1942 to John and Madeline (nee Welbrock) McNally, Sr., in Cincinnati, Ohio.

John was an Elder High School graduate. After graduation he joined the Cincinnati Police for many years. He completed his Law Degree and worked as an attorney and magistrate for Butler County. John's favorite thing to do was spend time with his family. He adored his children and grandchildren and wanted to see them be successful. He played softball well into his fifties, was a high school football referee, was a Representative for Colerain Twp. FD and many other Fire Departments. John served as President of the Cincinnati Bar Association during his career. John sang with the St. William's Boys choir as a child. He was not an entertainer, but a true performer.

John was preceded in death by: his parents, John and Madeline McNally, Sr., and his sister Martha Seibel.

John is survived by : his wife of  57 years Sharron (nee Fuqua) McNally, his children, John (Kathy) McNally, III, Kelli (Stephen) Brown, Timothy (Connie) McNally, Candace (Don) Duke, 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM. Mass will follow at St. Susanna Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040 at 11:00 AM.
