John Moorhouse

John Wharton "Jack" Moorhouse , 91 of Mason, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Born to Robert Wharton and Dorothy (nee Linberg) Moorhouse on January 4, 1929 in Akron, Ohio.

John was an engineer with General Electric from 1958-1964 before going into his second career of computer work. He enjoyed woodworking, loved his computer and being an amateur radio operator. He was a devoted member of St Paul’s Lutheran Church for 60 years.

Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Moorhouse, his brother, Robert Moorhouse and sister, Margaret Brodbeck.

John is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara Moorhouse, niece, Jennifer (Lee) Frank and many loving cousins and friends.

A private service will be held by the family. Interment in Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton, Ohio. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
