John F. "Jack" Wehman

John F. "Jack" Wehman, of Liberty Township, Ohio, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at the age of 85. He was born May 25, 1934 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania to Chuck and Ruby (nee Cogley) Wehman.

Jack was an avid lover of music, golf, freshly picked tomatoes, fishing, card games, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and perfectly hot soup. He dedicated many years of service to the United States Air Force, followed by his insurance business. He was a strong patriarch of his family and a good friend to all.

Jack was preceded in death by: parents, Chuck and Ruby Wehman; and his wife, Mary Ann (nee Mraz) Wehman.

Jack is survived by: children, Derek (Char) Wehman, Renee (Michael) Delaney and Jamie (Tom) Redden; grandchildren, Emily Wehman, Alison Wehman, Kate Delaney, Grace Delaney, and Lindsey Back (Redden); and Nancy Jones, devoted and loving companion.

Services will be held privately with inurnment taking place at Dayton National Cemetery.
