Juliana B. Prince (née Pytel), of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the young age of 67. She was born Wednesday, March 24, 1954 in Melrose Park, Illinois to Joseph L. and Nancy (née Orazzi) Pytel.

Mahatma Gandhi once said: The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. Julie lived this verse to the finest. The oldest girl in her family, she began her lifetime of caring for others at a young age, providing care for her two younger sisters.

She enrolled in college and worked to pay her tuition. During a summer job at a Chicago area hospital, she met her husband, Douglas Prince, who was completing his final clinical rotation for medical school. It was love at first sight. Three weeks after meeting, they moved to Cincinnati and were married two months later on August 30, 1974 at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. They were blessed with three sons to whom Julie was devoted selflessly.

Her deep faith and trust in the Lord guided her throughout her life; always demonstrating a kind and caring spirit to everyne she met. Always with a strong love of family, she guided and taught her three sons to also be caring, loving individuals. Her six grandchldren are a true reflexion of her compassionate spirit.

Julie's faith and trust in God during her very difficult medical battles have inspired family, friends and many people who never met her in person. During her final years of pain and suffering, she never complained but continued to help and care for others.

A faithful servant of God, she fullfilled her misson on earth and was shephered by Jesus to God's kingdom. Julie's long fight and prolonged suffering are finally done and she has been granted peace forever.

Julie's love and caring spirit inspire us to live our lives loving God and loving people. She will forever be loved and cherished.
