Karyn Toth

Karyn Nicole Toth, 37 of West Chester, passed away peacefully with her mother by her side on December 5, 2024, just shy of her 38th birthday. Born and loved by James, Sr and Regina (nee Scott) Toth on December 6, 1986, in Mariemont, Ohio.

Karyn was a 2005 graduate of Mason High School and went on to earn her bachelor’s and master’s degree from University of Cincinnati, where she was also a cheerleader for two years. A dancer at heart, Karyn started dancing and cheering at a very young age, it carried her through to high school and on to college.

She was loving, kind and showed affection for humans like she did animals. It was unconditional and supportive.

Karyn and her brother Jimmy had a very special bond, they were best friends. They enjoyed golfing, target practice, and hunting together, ran Mudathon’s and spent endless hours goofing and laughing with each other. Their bond was one of a kind. 

She worked for a long-term care facility where her passion lay. She had patience and love for the elderly and truly enjoyed her job.

Preceded in death by her grandfathers, Lyman E. Scott, Jr. and James M. Toth and her cousin, Tina Scott.

Karyn is survived by her parents, James, Sr. (Jim) and Regina Toth, brother, James (Jimmy) Toth, Jr. grandmothers, Blanche Scott and Merrilie Toth, nephew, James Lyman Toth, niece, Leah Grace Toth, aunts, Helen Scott, Patsy Scott, Tricia Toth and Camille Hensley, and her uncles, Charles Scott, Chip Scott and Barry Hensley, Sr. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12th from 10:00-11:30AM with a funeral service at 11:30AM all at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd Mason, OH 45040.  Family invites everyone to a luncheon in the Mueller Family Center following the interment at Rose Hill Cemetery, Deerfield Twp.
