Kathleen A. Monegan

Kathleen A. Monegan "Kathie", of Mason, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the age of 69. She was born Wednesday, October 24, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ernest D. and Edith (nee Wetherington) Monegan.

With a strong faith in God, Kathie trusted he would always guide and direct her path in life. She leaned on him many times throughout her life, especially the last several years of chronic illnesses. Her attitude despite her many challenges remained positive, and she was grateful for the many blessings in her life. She was a loyal family member and friend that was always willing to help others. Kathie enjoyed travel when her health allowed her. With a creative spirit, she was the person that was always laughing and joking around. Kathie will forever by cherished by those that knew and loved her.

Kathie was preceded in death by: parents, Ernest D. and Edith W. Monegan; and sister, Patricia (nee Monegan) Luther.

Kathie is survived by: sister, Mary (Mike) Craven; nephew, Alex (Heather Anne) Craven; lifelong friends that Kathie considered family, LaVerne Burman, Debbie Martin, and Joyce Overstreet.

Services will be held privately for immediate family only.
