Kendra Leigh King, 9 of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 with her family by her side. Born to Jamie King and Brittany Huddleston on February 20, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Kendra was the light in any room. She could smile for days and made everyone she met happy. Kendra enjoyed spending time with her grandparents, aunts, and uncles, playing with her Bubby, and listening to music and dancing with her daddy. Going to see mawmaw & pawpaw to take rides on the side by side. She will always be Mommy's Angel, Daddy's Baby, pawpaws Girl, Grandmas Little Miss, bubby's sissy, maddies princess, katie's Everything and lissa's bestest friend & so much more to so many people..
She had a sweet spirit and a sassy side about her. Kendra loved anything that was pink, sparkled or shined just as bright as her. Lalaloopsy Bed was her paradise & Her favorite things to play with were her my little pony, her tablet, and having tea parties.
Kendra loved being with her family, whether it was for the holidays, decorating for Christmas, playing with her mom’s hair, or just simply cuddling up on the couch. She was loving and never was afraid to show it.
Going for walks, swimming, looking for rocks with Aunt Meme and feeding the chickens made her happy. She embraced the outdoors and time spent in the sunshine. Kendra dreamed of becoming a beautiful, pink Ballerina some day and we believe she is.
Preceded in death by her great grandparents, Clyde “pawpaw” and Christine King, great great grandparents, John and Mildred Fleck, James and Irene Huddleston, Mary Leavitt and Alice Saville and great aunt, Dianne Back.
