Kenneth E Foltz

Kenneth E. Foltz, age 83 of Mason, Ohio passed into eternal rest on May 7, 2024 after a long struggle with heart problems.  He was born on January 10, 1941 in St. Bernice, Indiana to the late Leroy and Grace Foltz.

Ken married his high school sweetheart, Carolyn M (Sturgeon) Foltz on March 11, 1961.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife; brothers Tomey L. Foltz, Earl F. Foltz, Cecil D. Foltz; sister Marion J. (Foltz) Sipes and his son, Kenneth M. Foltz.  He is survived by his sister Jennifer (Doug) Stutzmen; daughter Shelby J. (Doug) Witt; two grandson's Kenneth Russell (Kristen), Alex L. (Brittany) Foltz; granddaughter Sarah G. (Zach) Caylor; two great grandchildren Adelyn and Jase Foltz; along with several nephews and nieces.

Ken enjoyed fly fishing and took many trips with his nephews.  Ken was a member of the Buff Fly Fishing Club.  He was happy to be included in a group with the younger generation.  Ken was involved with the Boy Scouts and served as the Scout Master for Troop 43 in Mason for many years.

He enjoyed working on Genealogy and traced his family tree back many generations.

A visitation will take place at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, Ohio 45040 on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 11:00am-12:30pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:30pm.

Burial will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery.
