Lesly Bush

Lesly Bush (nee Kerr) , formerly of West Chester, Ohio, passed away August 17, 2023 in Fort Mill, South Carolina at the age of 82.  She was born September 9, 1940 in Hackensack, New Jersey to J. Norman and Mildred (nee Pfleger) Kerr. She was thought of by her friends as the most loyal and most true, who was "fiercely independent", wickedly witty to the point of being snarky.

Before having children of her own, Lesly enjoyed being a second grade teacher in New Jersey.  She was a talented seamstress crafting most of the clothing for the family.  Lesly enjoyed classical music and was a longtime member of CSO. She was thought of by her friends as the most loyal and most true, who was "fiercely independent", wickedly witty to the point of being snarky. Her example will live on with those that knew and loved Lesly.

Lesly was preceded in death by: parents, Norman and Mildred Kerr; and husband, Kenneth M. Bush.

Lesly is survived by: sons, Jonathan (Kristin) Bush and David (Stephanie) Bush; and grandchildren, Rachel Bush, Adam Bush, Gretchen Bush, and Holden Bush.

Join the family on what would have been Lesly's 83rd birthday; Saturday, September 9, 2023 for a visitation from 10:00 AM until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. A brief Internment will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery at 1:45 PM and Luncheon and drinks will follow at 3:00 PM, at the Third Eye Brewing Company, 11276 Chester Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246.

Memorial Donations can be made in Lesly's name to the American Cancer Society .
