Mary Devore

Mary Elizabeth (nee Foley) DeVore , of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her daughter's home on Friday, February 19, 2021 at the age of 86. She was born November 18, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Jeremiah and Josephine (nee Boehl) Foley.

Mary was the most loving and caring woman. She lived life to the fullest and family meant everything to her. She was the family's Matriarch. Her infectious giggle and smile filled every room she entered. She loved shopping with her daughters and niece, golf outings with friends and family, bingo, and especially beating her family at 500 Rummy. She will be dearly missed by everyone she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeremiah and Josephine Foley; and sister, Geraldine Wulf.

She is survived by: husband, James DeVore; children, Dianne Hanson (Steven), Daniel DeVore, Cynthia (DeVore) Brunk, and Jamie Schwartz (Brian); 6 grandchildren, Eric Hanson, Erin Colaco (Ben), Steven Scott Hanson (Sarah), Rhiannon Kreutz (William, III), Evan Schwartz (Taylor), and Seth Schwartz; 3 great-grandchildren, Kendall Hanson, Kelsey Hanson, and William Kreutz IV, with baby Berkeley Schwartz due soon; sister, Irene Vanden Eynden; niece, Kimberly Chambers, and numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Interment will immediately follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
