Mary Lou Hauser, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on October 10, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was a beloved daughter to Louis and Mary (nee Grebb) Rohling.
Mary Lou’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her children, Carrie (Pete) McPherson, Sarah (Jason) DeBord, and Seth Hauser, as well as her precious grandchildren, Emma and Paige DeBord. She is also survived by her dear brother, Jerry (Dawn) Rohling, her niece Dana (Steve) Jackson, and nephews Jeremy Rohling, Alex (Jenny) Dixon, and Matthew Dixon. Her extended family and friends will forever hold her memory close.
Preceded in death by her parents and her beloved sister, Nancy (Jim) Dixon, Mary Lou touched the lives of many during her time on Earth. An avid gardener, skilled crafter, talented cook, and compassionate volunteer with the ASPCA, she brought joy and kindness wherever she went. Her passions reflected her generous spirit and her love for nurturing both people and nature.
A memorial visitation will be held in her honor on Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 5:00 PM until the service begins at 6:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, located at 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the ASPCA or the Hospice of Blue Ash, honoring Mary Lou’s enduring spirit of love and compassion. She will be deeply missed, but her warmth and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
