Michael Charles 'Mike' Briggs , 62 of Deerfield Township passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021.

Mike was a devout Catholic, family man, and friend to many. He held interests in mechanics, technology, and science. He relished home projects and tasks, and helped others with creative solutions and careful attention. Mild-mannered, yet strong in faith and love for his family; Mike’s subtle chuckle, genuine smile, and peaceful presence will be sorely missed.

Mike was the beloved husband of Lexi Briggs (nee Schmelzer); devoted father of Rosemary (Ian) Ford, Caroline (Greg) Hilliard, and Veronica Briggs; dear son of Charles and the late Joyce Briggs; loving grandfather of Charlotte, Eleanor, and Margaret Ford; brother of Doug (Elizabeth) Briggs and the late Steve Briggs; uncle of Katie and Logan Briggs.

Visitation will be at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040 on Monday, September 20, 2021 from 5:00-8:00PM with the Rosary being prayed at 7:30 PM. Requiem Mass will be at St. Gertrude the Great Catholic Church, 4900 Rialto Road, West Chester, Ohio 45069 on Tuesday, September 21st at 11:00 AM. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mason, Ohio.
